• Prepare work plans, supervise the production and distribution of electricity and steam to meet company goals and policies
• Plan fuel usage for maximum efficiency
• Prepare budgets sufficient for production
• Prepare training plans, conduct training, and provide consultation to employees to promote maximum operational efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields Have work planning skills Have machine control skills Able to analyze power plant problems Have skills in using computers and engineering programs Have personnel management skills Male, must have completed military service TOEIC score of 350 or higher (if not yet available, can take additional exams)
