Required Qualifications:
- University Degree (Economics / Engineering / Real Estate Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Member of RICS or REV (or with immediate prospect of becoming one)
- Excellent knowledge of IT (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Preparation of complex valuation reports (DCF Model, Hotels etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Urban Planning & Technical issues
- Organizational skills, team spirit, methodical approach, responsibility & results orientation
- Driver's license
