Production Manager

1. Plan and improve the organizational structure of the production department, including personnel management
2. Plan and develop the skills and capabilities of employees in the production department
3. Manage daily production plans
4. Manage product delivery to comply with orders and schedules
5. Analyze product quality issues and implement corrective actions
6. Manage production machinery and equipment
7. Manage and improve the production floor area and work processes
8. Oversee and maintain the Production Planning System and ERP system

Qualifications: Male, aged 30–40 years, Bachelor's degree or higher At least 5 years of experience in a Supervisor/Production Manager position in an automotive parts manufacturing plant Have knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of both interior and exterior automotive parts, including project development processes Have knowledge and understanding of molding processes and technologies related to automotive interior and exterior plastic parts, such as Injection Molding, Welding, Assembly, Painting, etc. Have knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing processes and the basic properties of plastic materials for injection molding Have knowledge and understanding of quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Good English language skills, able to speak, read, and write English well Able to work well under pressure and can solve immediate problems effectively
