higher education (specialty PS), programming experience from 3 years, knowledge of C++, understanding of algorithms and data structures, knowledge and understanding of OOP, experience in developing Windows applications and COM/ActiveX components in C++, experience using boost, STL, MFC, WTL libraries, experience in developing multithreaded applications, automation of Microsoft Office applications in C++, C# or VBA (VB) applications, English language not lower than intermediate, availability of an individual rehabilitation card for a person with a disability
