566-p internship 1. Educational and training activities Conducting classes: organization and conduct of English language classes for groups or individually in accordance with the approved program. Program development: compilation and adaptation of additional general developmental programs, curricula, and methodological materials. Level determination: diagnostics of knowledge, skills, and speech needs of students before and during the training process. Competence development: formation of communicative skills in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) in students, as well as creative and cognitive abilities. 2. Recruitment and retention of the contingent Student recruitment: formation of the student body (club, studio, section, or group). Maintaining interest: taking measures to retain the student contingent throughout the entire period of program implementation. Individual approach: consideration of age, psychological, and individual characteristics of children or adults. 3. Methodological and organizational work Extracurricular activities: preparation and conduct of open lessons, quizzes, contests, holidays, Olympiads, and project works in English. Documentation: filling out logs of training sessions, reports on program implementation, and progress monitoring. Environment organization: ensuring safe conditions for conducting classes, preparation of teaching aids, audio/video materials, and digital resources. 4. Professional development Professional development: regular improvement of language level and mastery of new methodological approaches Pedagogical councils and exchange of experience: participation in the work of pedagogical councils, methodological associations, and seminars
