Specialist in Greenhouse Medicinal Plant Cultivation (Thai Herbs) for Pattaya, Chonburi Project

• Study, survey, and collect Thai medicinal plant species and other plants to support research on the development of cosmetic extracts
• Research and develop Thai herbs and other plants in greenhouses by applying efficient cultivation technologies and management
• Assess project feasibility and plan departmental operations to present to management
• Plan cultivation operations, such as planting, maintenance, propagation, harvesting, and drying of Thai medicinal plants and other plants grown in greenhouses to achieve efficient yields for the development of cosmetic extracts
• Assess operational risks and prepare relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department, and transfer knowledge to subordinates to ensure operations comply with production standards
• Coordinate with government agencies to seek support in terms of knowledge for developing Thai medicinal plant cultivation methods
• Act as the person in charge of applying for agricultural product standard certifications, such as organic standards at both national and international levels

Qualifications: Master's degree in Plant Science / Crop Production / Horticulture / Plant Production Technology or a related field Expertise and academic skills in Thai herbs or greenhouse plant production technology Experience in research regarding the quantity and quality of Thai herbs using agricultural technology; having at least one publication in an international journal within the ISI database will be given special consideration Enthusiastic, with problem-solving abilities, reasoning skills, and creativity Good communication skills and excellent coordination abilities Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
