Archivist
Manages office work, receives letters addressed to the enterprise, maintains accounting and registration of incoming letters/documents, and prepares responses if necessary. Performs work on scanning documents, receiving and sending via technical means, systematizes, and prepares for archival storage. Ensures the safety, correct, and timely distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents. Carries out translation from English of internal archival correspondence and technical documentation. Enters data into the enterprise's information databases; proficiency in 1C is mandatory. Must be able to systematize documents for archival storage (numbering, binding, etc.). Basic knowledge of working with documents for the Voenkomat (Military Commissariat), i.e., preparation of lists of hired and dismissed employees, cards, etc., is welcome. The workplace may be remote upon agreement.
Requirements
Archival worker with English language skills (translation / reading) as the work involves archiving English-language documents; ability to systematize, bind, and maintain document registers.
Secondary vocational education; Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 (30-minute lunch in the canteen); delivery by corporate transport. Specially equipped workplace within the framework of the quota for the employment of persons with disabilities; Experience: 1 year
