Flight Coordinator at Ben Gurion Airport

For Swissport, a leading international company located at Ben Gurion Airport, for an interesting, challenging role that combines office and field work, an airline operations representative is required.

The essence of the role:

• Handling import and export flights of commercial cargo: planning export flights, receiving import flights
• Responsibility for handling cargo on the apron
• Handling paperwork related to export and import processes
• Providing service via telephone/emails
• Going out to the aircraft area to supervise processes

As a company providing 24/7 service, the work requires availability for various shifts (including nights and weekends).

• Also suitable for students (3-4 shifts)
• High level of English
• Working in a computerized environment
• High service consciousness
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Driver's license (over two years) and mobility - mandatory!
