Lead Logistics Specialist/quota for participants of the special military operation
Planning the supply of foreign components based on a detailed production program; Calculating the requirement for the purchase of components according to the assigned nomenclature (inventory); Monitoring the availability and relevance of necessary logistics parameters, the availability and relevance of necessary stock levels (safety stock, order stock, etc.); Organizing the uninterrupted supply of components to the enterprise's assembly line according to the assigned nomenclature; Interacting with the foreign supplier regarding delivery terms and schedules; Interacting with transport companies for cargo delivery from China; Placing orders for transport, optimal shipment composition; Preparing a package of documents for customs clearance; Monitoring the quality of supplies, resolving issues with defective goods with the supplier; Monitoring the payment of services according to the supply contract
Requirements
Higher technical/economic education; Knowledge of production planning and supply processes; Fluent foreign language: Chinese level HSK 6 or English - level B2 Upper-Intermediate; Experience working with foreign suppliers in the field of foreign economic activity for 2+ years; Experience working with modern information systems (MRP, ERP, etc.)
