Procurement Engineer
Procurement support for the development group for new projects and innovations; Working in project groups, projects on the procurement side, as well as cost reduction working groups; Planning incoming inspection for project parts; Ordering "pilot" batches and processing authorization for series supplies; Analyzing information on the quality of supplied products and taking measures to prevent the possible receipt of products that do not meet established requirements; Implementing measures for the localization of components; Working in 1C - procurement processes; Searching for potential suppliers, including for goods for resale, evaluating them in terms of their fulfillment of obligations, creating development programs, improving the quality of supplied products; Obtaining necessary technical and commercial information from suppliers; Developing, coordinating, concluding, and managing contracts for the supply of materials and products for resale; Purchasing raw materials, technological tooling, materials, and components; Conducting systemic and process audits at suppliers; Technical support for commercial buyers; Participating in the coordination of technical specifications (TS) for equipment, tools, and tooling; Standardization of purchased materials; Performing the function of Key user 1C on the procurement side; Performing internal work processes provided for the procurement group; Maintaining and storing documentation on suppliers according to internal regulations; Replacing group employees during their absence.
Requirements
English language proficiency at least intermediate; Economic or technical education in the field of management, procurement, or quality; Ability to conduct contractual activities, negotiations with suppliers on prices, technical, and commercial terms; Ability to structure one's work, work in a team, attentiveness, readiness for non-standard tasks.
Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
