Market Researcher and Analyst (Commodity Analyst)

Responsibilities: Analyze Commodity Market data: Monitor and analyze commodity market data, such as prices, demand, and supply in the global market Study economic, political, and environmental factors that affect commodities Forecast and assess risks: Forecast market trends, such as seasonal changes, supply-demand, and government policies Assess potential risks, such as exchange rate fluctuations, oil prices, or supply issues Prepare in-depth reports: Prepare analysis reports and present them to executives to support decision-making in raw material procurement and product sales Prepare analysis reports for distribution to customers and to support internal departments Support planning: Collaborate on production and sales planning with relevant departments Create and maintain databases: Collect and update agricultural product databases, including related news Cross-team coordination: Work with the procurement team, sales team, and risk management team to provide useful information for operations Support special projects: Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree Field of Economics / Science / Business Administration / or other related fields 5+ years of work experience English communication skills: able to Speak, Listen, Read, and Write at a good level Knowledge of agricultural economics, supply and demand of related agricultural products in both domestic and global markets Problem Solving skills and in-depth data analysis skills Management system work Human resource management work Searching, analyzing, and resolving issues Proficiency in computer skills: MS Office Excel, data presentation, etc. Knowledge of AI and data analysis using modern technology will be specially considered
