  1. Maintain and preserve the company's Computer, Network, Server, and IT equipment systems to ensure efficient operation.
  2. Install, inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot problems with Computers, Software, Network, and IT equipment such as Printers, Scanners, and various peripherals.

Provide IT Support to employees, including resolving Hardware and Software usage issues.

  1. Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, Server, and Network Infrastructure within the company, including analyzing and resolving Network system problems.
  2. Maintain and manage User Accounts, Email, and system access rights for employees to be appropriate for their duties and usage levels.

Develop, improve, and modify programs or internal systems according to the requirements of each department, such as Employee Data Management systems, Document Management systems, Production systems, Stock systems, or various reporting systems.

  1. Able to write programs and develop Software/Application, including developing new systems and improving existing systems, as well as connecting databases and various company systems.
  2. Maintain and manage Databases, including database design, writing SQL, data management, and data backup to ensure systems function correctly and securely.
  3. Analyze User Requirements and develop them into practical systems or programs.

Maintain CCTV, Access Control, and related IT security systems.

  1. Inspect and maintain IT equipment to be ready for use, including creating registries and controlling IT assets.

Back up data and manage the company's Data Security / Information Security, including preventing data loss or unauthorized access. Coordinate with external service providers for the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including coordinating regarding Software and externally developed systems.

  1. Prepare documentation, user manuals, reports, and logs of IT troubleshooting and developed systems.
  2. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Have knowledge and experience in Programming / Software Development. Able to write programs using languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or other related languages. Have knowledge of SQL and Databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Able to develop Web Applications / Internal Systems. Able to analyze and design systems from User Requirements. Knowledge of API, Web Service, and System Integration will be specially considered. Have fundamental knowledge of Network, Server, and Cybersecurity. Able to analyze and troubleshoot Hardware / Software / Network problems. Able to communicate in English, as coordination regarding IT and systems with relevant parties is required.
