Qualifications: Gender: Not specified Age: 35-45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management / Industrial Management / Business Administration or other related fields At least 5 years of experience in the LOGISTICS&PLANNING field At least 3-5 years of experience in management and administration levels Proficiency in Warehouse Management, stock control, and Inventory Control systems (e.g., FIFO) Experience in Transportation & Fleet Management both domestically and internationally, including logistics cost control Data Analytics skills for Demand Forecasting and reducing Waste in processes High Leadership skills and team management skills at the department or division level Knowledge and understanding of international standard systems such as ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ ISO14001 Data Analytics skills for Demand Forecasting and reducing Waste in processes Good English communication skills (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) Knowledge and ability to use MRP/ SL9 programs Ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel or other systems for reporting and data analysis to support management decision-making
