Site Engineer

Your tasks

1. Coordinate, inspect, and control work at construction/renovation sites to ensure accuracy according to drawings, specs, and work sequences, so that work is completed with quality and on schedule.
2. Inspect structural and architectural drawings to ensure they are clear and summarize construction drawings to match actual construction work.
3. Perform material take-offs, modify/adjust drawings, and prepare shop drawings as necessary.
4. Plan construction work and perform quantity take-offs.
5. Oversee work safety.
6. Monitor, inspect, and control assigned project works by supervising and controlling the work.
7. Work together with foremen to carry out construction and monitor work to ensure completion according to the schedule for each installment period.
8. Regularly report work progress status to supervisors.
9. Inspect the status of remaining materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate between foremen and the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
10. Ensure that purchase requests and requisitions for supplies/consumables are made, and that deliveries are ready for use during each period.
11. Coordinate and cooperate closely between the construction site and the company office.

Requirements

1. Male, aged 24-30 years, completed military service or graduated from R.D. (Territorial Defense Course).
2. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or Faculty of Architecture (special consideration given to a minimum GPA of 2.75).
3. Possession of a professional engineering license (Kow. / กว.) will be given special consideration.
4. Experience in building construction projects and at least 1 year of site supervision skills.
5. Knowledge in site layout, grading, and utility design.
6. Knowledge and skills in using design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
7. Ability to use basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.
8. Ability to plan weekly sub-tasks; ability to read and write English at a fair level.
9. Ability to drive a motorcycle/car and possess a driver's license will be given special consideration.
