ERP Application Consultant (Trading, Finance)

1. Providing consultation on D365 system usage:

o Analyze Business Requirements and recommend how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to appropriately suit the client's business. o Prepare an Implementation Plan and recommend system configuration steps according to client requirements. o Work together with the Technical Team to ensure system settings align with client requirements.

1. System installation and customization:

o Customize the D365 system to suit the client's business processes. o Provide support in system Configuration and Customization to support the specific needs of the organization.

1. Training and user support:

o Prepare user manuals and manage training for system users. o Support and provide consultation to users during actual usage to ensure they can use the system effectively.

1. System testing and quality assurance:

o Perform D365 system testing to ensure all settings work correctly and align with requirements. o Assist clients with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

1. Providing advice on system improvement:

o Provide advice on developing or improving D365 usage to increase efficiency or add functions that meet business needs. o Monitor usage results and suggest improvements or develop new features based on updates from Microsoft.

1. Project management and client communication:

o Work together with the development team and project team to ensure the project is completed within the specified time and budget. o Manage communication with clients regarding performance tracking and problem-solving.

1. After-sales support:

o Provide advice and usage support, including answering inquiries and resolving occurring problems. o Coordinate with the support team or development team to resolve problems or errors that occur.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Experience in implementing software such as ERP, SCM, Retail and POS, or related programs. Able to work well under pressure and work proactively. Able to travel Onsite or provide Standby Support, including working on holidays. Able to communicate in English.
