Wood Baking Technique/Production Technique

1. Inspect and prepare report data for random sampling of wood surface and thickness - thinness after production
2. Randomly inspect thickness-thinness measurements and wood surface characteristics after production
3. Inspect and control production quality
4. Coordinate with various related departments to jointly develop and test wood and glue samples
5. Analyze and resolve operational problems and develop work process steps to meet targets
6. Manage operations and develop work systems according to specified targets
7. Perform other duties as assigned well
8. Create work and product standards to ensure work can be completed fully and correctly
9. Create quality inspection systems and work inspection systems to achieve complete and correct quality work
10. Coordinate and resolve other related work problems effectively
11. Develop and increase teamwork potential well
12. Perform various duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Age 18 years and above Gender : Unspecified Education: Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Nationality: Unspecified Must have completed military service Able to read and write basic English Meticulous and detail-oriented Able to work under pressure Able to solve immediate problems well Have leadership qualities and a positive attitude Able to use computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Responsible for duties, diligent, patient, and punctual Able to be a good listener and always open to new ideas
