Business Analyst (BA)

• Collect and analyze Business Requirements through interviews and Workshops with users
• Analyze and design As-Is / To-Be workflows to align with business goals
• Prepare BRD, Use Case / User Story, Process Flow, and Acceptance Criteria
• Manage Requirement prioritization and coordinate with Project Manager, System Analyst, and the development team
• Plan and execute UAT, including Test Case, defect tracking, and Go-live support
• Prepare manuals, conduct user training, and maintain complete Requirement / Testing documentation to support audits

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or a related field At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, or fresh graduates with internship/project experience in BA will be considered Understand SDLC both Waterfall and Agile, and can collect Requirements as well as prepare BRD, Use Case / User Story, Process Flow, and UAT Possess communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business needs with the development team Able to use English for work and documentation preparation Special consideration: Basic knowledge of SQL, proficiency in Jira / Confluence / Visio / Figma, and experience in loan, leasing, hire purchase, or financial institution businesses, including knowledge of credit processes and BOT regulations.
