Software Engineer

Your tasks

1. Software / Application Development to support business operations

• Analyze Business Requirements in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support departments to design precise Solutions.
• Develop, test, and deliver high-quality Software / Applications on time, ensuring scalability for future business growth.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure stability, security, and to reduce Outsource Dependency.
• Prepare up-to-date and easy-to-understand Technical Specification, System Architecture, and User Manual documents.

1. ERP & System Integration (Oracle NetSuite & Enterprise Systems)

• Maintain and develop Customization on Oracle NetSuite, including Custom Script, Workflow, and SuiteApp, to support Business Processes.
• Design and develop API Integration between NetSuite and internal/external company systems.
• Control Data Quality between systems to ensure organizational data is accurate and reliable.
• Coordinate with ERP Vendors and external consultants to manage Scope and control development budgets.

1. Automation, AI & Digital Productivity

• Study, test, and implement Automation technologies (RPA, Scripting), AI, and Digital Tools to reduce manual tasks and tangibly increase organizational Productivity.
• Develop Bots, Scripts, or automated Workflows to reduce repetitive workloads and lower costs in daily operational processes.
• Research and propose (R&D) new technologies suitable for the business context, accompanied by a Business Case for decision-making.

1. Software Quality & Security

• Define and follow Secure Coding standards to prevent vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS, and Unauthorized Access.
• Write Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and perform regular Code Reviews to maintain Codebase quality.
• Manage Version Control using Git according to the organization's Branching Strategy and maintain the CI/CD Pipeline.
• Inspect and report Bugs / Incidents along with solutions and prevention methods (Root Cause Analysis).

1. Capacity Building and Organizational Support

• Transfer IT knowledge and Software / Application usage to employees through Training or Documentation.
• Support Digital Transformation projects and the company's IT Strategic Plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors within the framework aligned with business direction.

Requirements

1. Gender: Not specified (Males must have completed military service) / Age: 25 years and above.
2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
3. Experience: At least 3 years in Software Development with proficiency in Programming Languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or other related languages.
4. Ability to solve immediate problems effectively, creativity, and good coordination skills.
5. Foreign language skills: English for computer use.
6. Foreign language skills: Good reading, speaking, and writing abilities.
7. Ability to travel to other provinces or abroad.
8. Other necessary abilities: Experience or understanding of ERP Systems (Oracle NetSuite or comparable systems) will be given special consideration.
