Marketing & Content • Assist in planning and executing Marketing Campaigns / Promotions • Create and produce Content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels • Design basic Graphic / Artwork using Canva or Adobe • Photography / Video and basic Reels editing • Manage Content Calendar and Marketing Materials Digital & Customer Communication • Assist in managing and responding to inquiries via the company's Online channels • Coordinate with Customers / Sales and forward information to relevant teams • Manage product information, pricing, and Promotions on Online channels • Support CRM / Database / Lead Management • Assist in managing Online Advertising and monitoring Performance Marketing Support & Coordination • Research markets, competitors, Product / Packaging / Trends • Assist in preparing Product Catalogue / Sales Kit / Presentation • Coordinate with Sales, Factory, Designer, Supplier, and Agency • Support Event / Exhibition / Trade Fair • Prepare Weekly / Monthly Marketing Reports • Other related Marketing and Admin tasks
