Foreign Economic Activity Specialist (Manager)

Place product orders with foreign supplier companies; Receive and confirm product orders received from foreign customer companies (buyers); Draft and amend foreign trade contracts/agreements for the purpose of exporting/importing products (based on existing templates); Monitor the execution of foreign trade agreements/contracts; Organize export and import deliveries, interact with carriers/forwarders/transport companies, monitor product shipment deadlines and product arrival deadlines at the supplier's warehouse and customs warehouses (SVH); Prepare a full package of documents for customs declaration within the territory of the Russian Federation; Ensure timely customs declaration of exported/imported products within the territory of the Russian Federation with the participation of a customs broker; Prepare documents upon request of the customs authority for the purposes of customs declaration of exported/imported products; Prepare documents upon request of foreign buyers necessary for the customs declaration of products in foreign countries. Tasks for the first two months: Support of product import procedures under current foreign trade contracts. Key skills: English language, Foreign Economic Activity, Business correspondence, Organizational skills.

Requirements

Experience in the specialty is welcome; Knowledge of English (spoken and written) no lower than Intermediate (B1) level. Education in the specialty of biology\biotechnology\chemistry.
