The Armenian State Symphony Orchestra is looking for an Artistic Programs Coordinator who will join our team and participate in the design and implementation of concert programs, combining musical knowledge, research work, and organizational skills.

Participate in the development and design of the orchestra's concert and artistic programs.

Prepare the professional, informational, and working materials necessary for the design and implementation of concert programs.

Coordinate information regarding works, composers, performers, and programs, and maintain and update relevant databases.

Participate in the preparation and implementation of concerts, rehearsals, recordings, guest performances, and other artistic projects.

Monitor the progress of artistic program preparation, coordinate ongoing issues, and ensure the timely transfer of necessary information.

Perform other ongoing and project-related tasks related to artistic programs.

Higher musical education.

At least 2 years of work experience in music, culture, or related fields.

Good professional knowledge regarding musical works and concert programs.

Skills in searching, studying, and analyzing musical materials and information.

Ability to organize and coordinate concert and work processes.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and Trello tools.

Skills in organizing information, managing databases, and working with files.

High sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team.

Good knowledge of English – at least B2 level (oral and written).

The work is related to concerts, rehearsals, recordings, guest performances, and international projects.

Work in close collaboration with the orchestra management, musicians, and various team members.

You will have the opportunity to participate in the design of new concert programs and the discovery of new musical material.
