Academic Product Specialist – Science and Technology

Position: Academic Product Specialist – Science and Technology is a key position in driving the science and technology products of Inter Education Supplies Co., Ltd. You will play a vital role in supporting and promoting the company's product sales to the educational customer group.

Main Responsibilities: • Study the company's products to prepare product details for communication with customers and users, such as product specifications, user manuals, catalogs, and others. • The company's products are scientific equipment used for teaching and learning from kindergarten to upper secondary levels, including mathematics teaching media, technology, STEM Education, and Robot Coding. • Create content related to science teaching and learning in various formats, such as experiments, articles, and video clips, to be presented through the company's various media channels. • Recommend products that suit the needs of users. • Present various company products to interested parties. • Provide training as well as guidance on usage and after-sales service. • Provide consultation and support to customers regarding the use of science and technology products. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams in planning and implementing sales promotion activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, Education, or related fields. Have knowledge and understanding of science products and educational technology. Have knowledge and the ability to use scientific laboratory equipment. Knowledge of Coding programming will be given special consideration. Possess good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills. Able to use English well, especially reading and writing. Able to use basic computer programs well. Enjoy presenting and can convey content clearly.
