- Plan, control, and monitor paint formula research and development to meet targets
- Develop and improve paint formulas to meet customer requirements
- Analyze and resolve paint quality issues
- Control color testing in the Lab and actual usage trials (Trial / Scale-up / Pilot)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer, Materials Science, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in automotive coating R&D or industrial coating R&D Understand paint testing such as Viscosity, Adhesion, Drying Time, Film Thickness Able to communicate in English
