Technician - Tooling

1. Coordinate with the Planner to prepare Tooling according to the plan and ensure that operations can be carried out on schedule.
2. Perform inspections and Preventive Maintenance for all production tools regularly according to the PM plan, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
3. Prepare, record, and store documents related to tool preparation and maintenance accurately, completely, and systematically.
4. Propose guidelines for continuous improvement and development of tools to enhance quality, increase material utilization efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
5. Report and immediately notify the supervisor when problems or abnormalities in operations are found.
6. Perform work in accordance with quality objectives and policies, including complying with relevant quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
7. Implement and support 5S, Kaizen, and energy conservation activities in the responsible area.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications: Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) in Technician field or related fields. 3-5 years of experience. Have a good attitude and can read–write English, especially technical vocabulary. Able to work in shifts. Have problem-solving skills, responsibility, and can work well in a team. Work 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday).
