Assistant Section Head / Specialty Chemicals - RD.

Job Details:

1. Plan work, research, and develop new products, and improve existing product quality to meet customer requirements and company policies.
2. Plan raw material testing to serve as substitute raw materials or for cost reduction in the process.
3. Control testing work and inspect laboratory instruments to ensure they are accurate according to standards and efficient.
4. Prepare research and development reports to present to supervisors.
5. Prepare readiness of raw materials used in preparing new products at pilot scale and prepare new products for customer testing upon sales request.
6. Prepare production formula documents for new products and coordinate with relevant departments for acknowledgment and implementation.
7. Control the production of new products at the pilot scale to ensure they meet the standards set by R&D.
8. Prepare various documents according to quality, safety, and environmental systems.
9. Supervise operations and provide training to subordinates.
10. Others as assigned.

Qualifications: Gender: Male/Female, Age 23 years and up / Thai nationality Education: Bachelor's - Master's Degree / Chemistry, Polymer, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering 0-2 years of experience in related work involving research or polymers Knowledge of analysis, testing, and processing using FTIR, Rheology, TGA, DSC and tensile strength instruments Possess leadership qualities and creativity for new innovations Able to use basic computer programs well (Word, Excel, Access) Good command of Speaking, Reading, and Writing (English) Good interpersonal skills and personality, able to solve immediate problems well, and has a positive attitude Ready to learn new things / Able to work well in a team
