Logistic / Asst. Supervisor - Supervisor

1. Define delivery strategies accurately and timely to create customer satisfaction
2. Plan inventory and delivery tasks
3. Determine delivery routes in advance to be sufficient for the workload
4. Monitor and control transportation tasks
5. Receive reports of problems during delivery, coordinate, and go to inspect problems on-site at the customer's location
6. Manage and supervise the receiving-issuing system of raw material stock and finished goods to meet company goals, while improving and developing work processes for efficiency
7. Record all information regarding remaining stock and report inventory every month
8. Operate the ERP system for stock tasks
9. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Gender: Male-Female, Age: 23 years and above Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistic, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields Have skills in planning, management, and control Have leadership qualities and the ability to solve immediate problems Able to use computer programs very well If proficient in ERP programs (will be given special consideration) Experience is not necessary (new graduates are welcome) and must be ready to learn new tasks; must be enthusiastic, diligent, patient, and punctual Able to communicate (speak, read, write) in English
