Assistant Section Head - LAB (RD.)

1. Responsible for product development/improvement, the use of various analytical instruments, and supervising the water/wastewater analysis laboratory.
2. Plan production formula development, conduct laboratory production trials, control production in the production department, and prepare development summary reports.
3. Coordinate with relevant parties both within the department, outside the department, and international consultants.
4. Prepare various documents according to quality, safety, and environmental systems.
5. Supervise operations and provide training to subordinates.
6. Others as assigned.

Qualifications: Gender: Male/Female, Age: 23 years old and above / Thai nationality Education: Bachelor's – Master's Degree / Chemistry, Polymer, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Experience: 0-2 years in related fields such as Research and Development, Polymer Knowledge of analysis, testing, and processing using FTIR, DSC, NMR instruments Possess leadership skills and creativity for new innovations Able to use basic computer programs well (Word, Excel, Access) Good English communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing) Good interpersonal skills and personality, able to solve immediate problems well, have a positive attitude, ready to learn new things, and able to work in a team
