Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

1. Support the operations of the Quality System team to ensure efficiency.
2. Oversee and support the Substance of Concerns (SOC) Management System.
3. Oversee and monitor compliance with requirements, including:

• Regulatory Requirements
• Customer Requirements
• IMDS (International Material Data System) system

1. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operations comply with the requirements and standards set by the company.
2. Support the preparation, monitoring, and improvement of data, documents, and reports related to quality systems and Compliance.
3. Support problem-solving and process improvement to increase operational efficiency.
4. Reduce the team's workload, accommodate increasing workloads, and help reduce operational delays.
5. Reduce operational errors and promote Continuous Improvement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related fields. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and the Internet. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Good negotiation and communication skills.
