Incoming Quality Assurance Supervisor (Supervisor QA incoming)

Control and manage the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging to ensure compliance with defined standards; establish plans for monitoring and evaluating suppliers to confirm the quality of raw materials and packaging from suppliers; additionally, establish monitoring and evaluation plans for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) companies to confirm the quality of the production process, ensuring accuracy and confidence in the products; procure necessary resources for use; supervise, develop potential, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 28 years or older Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field At least 5 years of experience in quality within a food factory Knowledge of computers, English, and quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO9001 Leadership, planning, problem-solving, delegation, follow-up, and coordination skills Detail-oriented, careful, and observant Ability to use scientific instruments Able to work in shifts
