Providing the geodetic and cartographic basis for construction according to Chinese technologies and working conditions adapted to Russian standards. Preparation of documentation (as-built diagrams, topographic plans, maps), preparation of land management projects and proposals, including in Chinese and English, compliance with land legislation. Close work with a Chinese team, working according to strict internal rules. Employment in 2027 under a fixed-term employment contract due to the construction of a terephthalic acid production plant. The facility is located in Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone territory, 84. A bed space in a dormitory at the facility is provided.

Requirements

Knowledge of Russian and Chinese standards, knowledge of land legislation, ability to prepare reports, diagrams, plans, maps, make proposals on land use, ability to use instruments, including taking Chinese technologies into account, physical endurance, visual memory, diligence. Work experience in a similar position of at least 5 years according to company standards and rules, ability to work according to clear instructions, diligence, knowledge of English and Chinese languages - B2 level.
