Chief Legal Counsel

Development and review of contracts (including in Chinese and English), litigation and claims work, LNA, risk control and compliance, interaction with government authorities, participation in negotiations in Chinese and English. Close work with the Chinese team, working according to strict internal rules. Employment in 2027 under a fixed-term employment contract due to the construction of a terephthalic acid production plant. The facility is located in Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone territory, 84. A sleeping place in the dormitory at the facility is provided.

Requirements

Consulting Chinese management on the legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account Chinese work specifics, experience working on PRC projects, knowledge of Chinese and English languages (level no lower than B2). Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years according to company standards and rules, ability to work according to clear instructions, diligence.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 5 years
