Assistant Production Manager

1. Assist the manager in controlling the air conditioner production process to meet specified standard properties
2. Assist the manager in developing the production process in terms of both quantity and quality to increase Productivity
3. Assist the manager in improving production machinery to increase production efficiency
4. Control production staff to work efficiently and maintain awareness of workplace safety
5. Participate in proposing and recommending the setting of departmental goals and objectives to align with the company's quality policy

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering Good proficiency in using computers and Microsoft programs Good proficiency in using Auto Cad Knowledge of machinery used in the electrical appliance industry Knowledge of JIG&FIXTURE, MC DESIGN Knowledge regarding air conditioner production will be specially considered Good working proficiency in English communication
