Production Planning (English Communication)

• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance to align with the department's goals (KPI)
• Plan production to meet customer requirements, while coordinating and verifying readiness before starting production
• Check and analyze assigned order volumes, and summarize reports for supervisors to use in planning
• Plan the use of machinery and various equipment to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in operations
• Resolve problems occurring in the work process, make management decisions, propose preventive measures, and report results to relevant parties appropriately

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields At least 2 years of experience in production planning within an industrial factory Possess mathematical skills, systematic thinking, analytical, and creative thinking skills Able to use Computer, MS Office, Outlook, etc. (Knowledge of SAP is a special consideration) Able to communicate in English
