Technical Director

Strategic planning of the technological base; Ensuring technical operation of equipment; Ensuring timely performance of equipment repair work and the availability, and if necessary, preparation of the necessary technical documentation for performing these works; Development and approval of instructions and proposals for taking measures to improve fire and emergency safety, and the elimination of safety violations; Development and implementation of development plans; Control of technological processes; Ensuring equipment quality and compliance with standards; Management of technical services; Implementation of innovations.

Requirements

Higher technical education; at least 5 years of management experience in the relevant field; knowledge of production technology, quality standards, and the basics of process automation; knowledge of the rules and requirements for compiling documentation for production facilities; knowledge of fire safety rules; knowledge of safety rules in the field of equipment production; Knowledge of business and technical English; Knowledge of business and technical Chinese; Readiness for frequent business trips (RF and China).
