Organization of the technical control department's work to control the quality of products (compressor units) implemented by the Organization (unit), the execution of works (services) in accordance with the requirements of standards and technical specifications, approved samples (standards) and technical documentation, delivery terms and contracts, as well as to ensure the production of high-quality and competitive products. Development of measures to improve the quality of products (works, services), ensuring their compliance with the modern level of science and technology, the needs of the internal market, export requirements, etc. Ensuring the inspection of material resources (materials, components) incoming to the Organization (unit), preparation of conclusions on their quality compliance with standards and technical specifications, operational control at all stages of the production process, quality and completeness control of finished products; Management of activities to improve product quality (works, services), preparation for state certification and accreditation; Development of standards and regulations, indicators regulating the quality of products (works, services), the most advanced control methods involving automation and mechanization of control operations, defect-free product delivery systems, non-destructive testing; Work on defining the nomenclature of measured parameters and optimal measurement accuracy standards, selecting the necessary means for their execution, monitoring compliance with regulations and preparing for accreditation and certification; Conducting selective quality checks of products, raw materials, materials, components, the quality and condition of technological equipment and tools, production conditions, storage, and transportation of products not provided for by the technological process; Control over testing of finished products and the execution of documents certifying product quality (works, services), preparation of claims in case of suppliers' violations of quality requirements, as well as timely preparation of methodologies and technological instructions for the current control of product manufacturing, and ensuring quality control services are provided with the necessary technical documentation; Analysis of claims, studying the causes of defects and violations of production technology, deterioration of work quality, release of scrap and substandard products, developing proposals for their elimination, as well as monitoring the implementation of necessary measures to increase the responsibility of all production stages for the release of products meeting established requirements, and stopping the acceptance and shipment of low-quality products; Work on documenting the results of control operations, maintaining records of product quality indicators, scrap and its causes, compiling periodic reports on the quality of manufactured products and performed works (services).

Requirements

Higher technical education; Work experience in the specialty in an organization relevant to the industry profile of at least 5 years; knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, methodological and regulatory documents on the quality management of manufactured products; knowledge of the production technologies of the manufactured products; knowledge of systems, methods, and means of technical control; knowledge of technical requirements for materials, components, and finished products; knowledge of the rules for acceptance and storage of finished products, materials, and components; knowledge of sampling methods; knowledge of the procedure for marking and packaging products; knowledge of the procedure for filing and considering claims regarding the quality of materials, components, and finished products; knowledge of types of production scrap, methods for its prevention and elimination; knowledge of the rules for drawing up technical documentation certifying the quality of products (works, services); knowledge of the basics of economics, labor organization, production, and management. Knowledge of business and technical English; Knowledge of business and technical Chinese; Readiness for business trips to China.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
