Quality Engineer

Monitoring the activities of enterprise units to ensure the compliance of products, works (services) with the modern level of scientific and technological development, consumer requirements in the domestic and foreign markets, export requirements, etc.; Submission of established reports; Interacting with representatives of third-party organizations in the course of performing job duties; Familiarization with and study of advanced Russian and foreign experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems; Development and organization of the implementation of measures based on the results of state supervision, interdepartmental and extra-departmental control over the implementation of and compliance with standards and technical specifications for product quality, and the preparation of products for certification and attestation; Analysis of information obtained at various stages of production of products, works (services), and quality indicators characterizing the products under development and manufacture, and taking measures to prevent the release of products or the performance of works (services) that do not meet established requirements; Maintaining records and preparing reports on the enterprise's activities regarding product quality management.

Requirements

Higher professional (technical) education; At least 5 years of work experience in the position of Quality Engineer; knowledge of technological processes and production modes; knowledge of types of production defects, methods for their prevention and elimination; knowledge of the procedure for submitting and considering quality claims for materials, components, and finished products; knowledge of the requirements for technical documentation, materials, components, and finished products, as well as the systems, methods, and means of quality control; knowledge of decrees, orders, instructions, methodological, and regulatory materials on product quality management; knowledge of the rules for conducting tests and product acceptance; knowledge of the procedure for preparing products for certification and attestation. Knowledge of business and technical English; Knowledge of business and technical Chinese.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
