Waiter / Waitress (Basic English communication skills)

• Welcome customers and escort them to the appropriate table

• Recommend menus, explain food, and inform customers of promotions

• Take food and drink orders accurately and quickly

• Serve food and drinks according to the sequence and restaurant standards

• Ensure customer satisfaction during their dining experience

• Prepare tables, equipment, and service areas to be ready before opening

• Maintain the cleanliness of service areas according to hygiene standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service for customers

• Check bills, collect payments, and hand over money to the cashier according to procedures

Handle basic immediate problems to ensure customers receive the best experience

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 18 years and above Education: M.3 / M.6 / Vocational Certificate / High Vocational Certificate or equivalent Experience in restaurant service will be specially considered Good personality, smiling, and has a service mind Possesses communication and teamwork skills Able to work in shifts (morning/afternoon) and work on holidays English language at a communicative level Knowledge of Service Standard / POS System
