Planning Supervisor

Your tasks

1. Contact and manage customer requirements according to the assigned product categories.
2. Act as a central coordination hub between customers and various departments within the company.
3. Drive production to meet targets based on sales orders received from customers.
4. Plan production/raw material preparation/capacity on a monthly and weekly basis, considering maximum management efficiency.
5. Analyze and plan the procurement of raw materials and packaging to ensure sufficient supply for production, as well as control Inventory to prevent unnecessary excess, including resolving issues related to raw materials or packaging that impact production.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Science or other related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in production planning.
3. Possess negotiation skills with external customers and internal departments.
4. Able to analyze production capacity and machine capability.
5. Ability to read and communicate in English at a good level.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
