Flight Manager

1. Execute instructions from the Flight Manager of the ACC. 2. Management of the ADC duty shift. 3. Must know the basics of air traffic organization, flight safety during air traffic services, and the basics of planning and controlling the work of the dispatcher shift. 4. Conducting briefings before starting duty. Ensuring control over the work of ATM personnel, conducting debriefings for the duty period with ATM personnel. 5. Organizing and coordinating air traffic services within the area of responsibility of the ATM unit. 6. Maintaining relevant documentation and controlling the maintenance of dispatcher documentation. 7. Ensuring control over the serviceability of radio-technical and communication equipment of dispatcher points.

Requirements

• higher education; - authorization to work as a Flight Manager, obtained on the basis of a decision by the authorized body in the field of civil aviation; - qualification level "ATC Controller 1st class"; - Valid ATC controller certificate; - English language certificate (an entry in the ATC controller certificate regarding the level of English proficiency no lower than level 4 (operational) on the ICAO scale); - VLEK conclusion (valid).

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
