The challenge At Fightclub, we are constantly looking for freelance Digital Marketing Consultants to include in our freelance database for future assignments with strong Belgian and Dutch brands. You will work for 3 to 6 months on a dedicated client project (with the option to extend). Sometimes you will work full-time on a project, sometimes part-time or project-based. During such an assignment, you truly become part of their team. Not an external supplier, but a colleague who participates in decision-making. At the same time, you remain connected to Fightclub: a team of digital specialists where you can brainstorm, share knowledge, and stay involved in inspiring projects. This allows you to combine autonomy with a strong substantive ecosystem.

Your impact You will be deployed on projects where there is a need for temporary reinforcement, strategic expertise, or digital acceleration. This could be, for example: An e-commerce player that wants to completely rethink its SEA structure

An FMCG brand that wants to scale up social strategically

A financial organization that needs to lead a website relaunch or CRM implementation

A scale-up that finally wants to set up marketing automation properly

Your role is therefore never just "following along." You get responsibility and make an impact.

What we expect from you We are looking for freelancers with a clear digital core expertise and the maturity to think more broadly. Specifically: You have 3 to 4 years of experience as a digital or growth marketer, preferably in an agency environment. Do you have slightly less experience but the right drive and maturity? Convince us.

You can independently manage a digital domain (SEA, SEO, social, automation, CRO, e-commerce, digital project management…)

You think strategically, not just executionally.

You dare to take ownership.

You quickly sense how an organization works.

You communicate clearly with marketing managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

You are analytically strong and work data-driven.

Languages: Dutch and English are a must, French is a nice plus.

Important: you don't have to be able to do everything. But you must stand firmly enough in at least one discipline.

Practical: You work as a freelancer (self-employed status).

You can clearly indicate your availability (e.g., 2–3 days per week, project-based, or full-time for a certain period).

You are flexible in type of assignment and sector.
