Customs and International Trade Specialist (m/f/d) (Kaufmann/-frau - Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung)

As a Specialist in the field of customs (m/f/d), you will be part of the approximately 12-member team in the customs department. As a Customs and International Trade Specialist, you will ensure smooth processes and implement various projects. In the future, you may also develop into a Team Lead of the customs department.

Area of Activity

• Support, planning and management of customs-relevant projects (national and international)
• Ensuring smooth processes in cooperation with various interfaces
• Implementation of an ICP/IKS to comply with customs law authorization requirements
• Monitoring and optimization of existing customs processes (KVP)
• Creation of work and organizational instructions in coordination with the customs management and conducting training sessions
• Advising and supporting our specialist departments and international locations on customs-relevant topics
• Prospectively: Team Lead of the customs department

Skills

• Vocational training - You have completed commercial training, e.g., as Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Additional qualifications in the field of customs and foreign trade/foreign trade law
• Specialist knowledge - Several years of professional experience in customs and foreign trade, in export control, as well as in project management
• Language and IT skills – You have very good English skills and sound MS Office skills
• Way of working - You are characterized by a conscientious, independent and result-oriented way of working
