Quality and Energy Manager (m/w/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Technical and organizational management of the Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management department
• Further development and assurance of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, as well as ISO 50001
• Assurance and sustainable optimization of product and process quality along the entire value chain
• Processing of customer and supplier complaints, including technical supplier management
• Planning, implementation, and support of internal as well as external audits and certifications
• Establishment and further development of transparent energy monitoring, including KPI reporting to management
• Identification and implementation of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and process optimization measures in cooperation with production and technology
• Training and sensitization of employees regarding quality, energy, and environmental topics, as well as supporting the company's sustainability strategy

What you bring with you

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Holztechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in industrial quality management, ideally supplemented by experience in energy or environmental management
• Auditor training (internal/external); additional qualification as an energy management officer or energy auditor (DIN EN 16247) desirable or the willingness to acquire these in the short term
• Sound knowledge of QM systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ideally ISO 50001 as well as VDA) and QM methods (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Why etc.)
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CAQ and energy monitoring software is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, assertiveness, and analytical abilities
