Quality Manager Automotive (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Carrying out technical feasibility assessments of new project inquiries
• Checking and evaluating quality-related customer requirements
• Advising and supporting international customers, including portals, audits, and coordination
• Coordination of worldwide sampling (PPF/PPAP)
• Processing and management of customer complaints (8D-Report)
• Collaboration on process relocations and ensuring testing concepts as well as Safe Launch
• Close cooperation with component development in the Automotive sector

Your profile

• Completed technical studies (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or further training as a state-certified technician/master with relevant professional experience
• Experience in quality management and project management, ideally in the automotive industry
• Sound knowledge of Automotive standards (VDA, IATF 16949) and the Automotive QM Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, 8D)
• Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes
• Strong-communication personality with persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Structured, independent way of working and strong teamwork skills
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for international travel
