Quality Management Employee (m/f/d) SP: Raw Materials, Consumer Goods

This will be your job in the future

• Support, evaluation, and maintenance of quality documents for, among others, raw materials, primary packaging, consumer goods
• Processing of associated customer inquiries
• Project- or topic-related collaboration, e.g., during the internal implementation of relevant legal requirements / innovations
• Support with further tasks of the team, e.g., during audit preparations
• Communication with suppliers, internal teams, and customers
• Requesting, preparing, and following up on the associated quality documents using existing IT tools (paperless)
• Outlook - our goal with you: Independent management of your area of responsibility
• Recording, processing, root cause analysis, follow-up of measures, and documentation of internal, customer, and supplier complaints
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of measures for internal audits, and potentially external audits
• Management of supplier documents: Requests, evaluation, and maintenance of documents
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support with further tasks of the team, e.g., during audit preparations, project- or topic-related collaboration

What you bring with you

• Ideally experience in quality assurance/control in a manufacturing food company
• Training / studies in the food sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Career changers are welcome, provided you enjoy learning new subject areas
• Independent, careful, structured, and autonomous way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a team and active communication
• Confident handling of Office M365
• Good English skills in the handling of documents
