Department Manager Tribology (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Leadership and development of the Tribology team
• Analysis and interpretation of laboratory results in the field of Tribology
• Determination and monitoring of warning and limit values for testing procedures
• Technical customer support as well as processing of complaints
• Conducting presentations for internal and external specialist circles
• Participation in internal and external working groups and committees
• Active participation in research and development projects, e.g., on lubricants or wear tests
• Reporting to Service Management, Sales, and Management

What you bring with you

• As an engineer (specializing in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable course of study), YOU have sound knowledge of systems and machines in which lubricants and operating fluids are used.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in areas dealing with lubricants, lubrication technology, or Tribology.
• You are a team player, resilient, and flexible.
• You have leadership experience and possess a strong hands-on mentality.
• YOU have business-fluent English skills.
