Your Tasks Your future starts here: Apply for the EY Tax Excellence Program, our High Potential Program for graduates at our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Eschborn/Frankfurt (Main), and Munich.

Your Skillset

• Excellently completed (or soon to be completed) studies in economics or law (Diplom, Master, Doctorate, or second juristisches Staatsexamen) or other verifiable extraordinary achievements
• Relevant practical experience for the Steuerberaterexamen in the form of internships, Referendariat, or similar, ideally abroad, as well as in-depth knowledge of tax law
• Strong analytical skills and a precise way of working, combined with business-fluent English skills
• Empathic personality with clear objectives and an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as the willingness to quickly take on leadership responsibility and proactively drive topics forward
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
