Your tasks:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial accounting
- Collaboration, coordination, and ensuring day-to-day operations in accounting
- Contact person for the tax office as well as the auditors during the preparation and auditing of the annual financial statements
- Advising the management on budget planning
- Assessment of VAT-related matters
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Processing of asset accounting as well as recharges
- Creating reconciliations and statements with Excel
- Preparation of the budget, comparison of costs against budget, general cost control
- VAT and statistical reporting
Your profile:
- A commercial or tax-related vocational training
- Several years of practical experience in financial accounting, ideally in a tourism company
- Logical thinking skills and affinity for numbers
- Good knowledge of Excel, other MS-Office applications and ideally in the tourism software WBS BLANK
- Good foreign language skills in English
- Independent and reliable way of working as well as high commitment
- Teamwork skills, enjoyment of work, and good project management
