Are you an experienced engineer who develops creative design solutions, performs precise static analyses, reviews 3D models and 2D drawings, and plans and supports tests? Then we are looking for exactly you for this position.

Calculation Engineer (all genders)

What awaits you:

• Creating and evaluating design proposals taking into account suitable materials and manufacturing processes
• Performing static analyses to evaluate the load capacity and service life of components
• Reviewing and releasing 3D models and 2D drawings
• Checking deviations and evaluating the impact on functionality, safety, and service life
• Planning and supporting engineering tests to validate calculation approaches and to determine material properties
• Supporting the creation of qualification reports and the execution of inspections and tests

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies with a focus on Maschinenbau / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the design of composite/metal components
• Knowledge of FE simulation using PATRAN/NASTRAN (very good knowledge)
• Good English skills
