Industrial Maintenance Technician

The main missions Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on rolling stock in compliance with procedures and operational requirements. Diagnose breakdowns and conduct technical investigations to identify the causes of malfunctions, including on complex equipment. Ensure troubleshooting interventions according to defined priority, urgency, and criticality levels. Guarantee the return to service of equipment in accordance with operational requirements and railway safety standards. Rigorously apply maintenance procedures, operating modes, and current technical instructions. Ensure the compliance and good condition of your tools as well as the appropriate use of the industrial resources provided. Control the quality of your interventions and report any anomaly or situation that could impact equipment availability. Accurately record completed interventions, diagnostics performed, and reports in the GMAO. Respect and promote safety rules, participate in safety briefings, and actively contribute to risk prevention. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and support teams to ensure the continuity and efficiency of operations. Participate in reliability and improvement actions for rolling stock by proposing suitable technical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement processes, compliance with 5S standards, and the company's environmental commitments.
The profile & skills Professional Baccalaureate, BTS, or equivalent diploma in the following fields: Électrotechnique Électromécanique Industrial electricity Mechanics Hydraulics Pneumatics Industrial maintenance Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial, electromechanical, or railway maintenance. Experience in the rolling stock field is a real asset. Mastery of technical English. Solid knowledge in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Mastery of at least one technical specialty: électrotechnique, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique, électronique, or électromécanique. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and maintenance documentation. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methods. Use of IT tools and GMAO. Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Ability to work in a complex and multidisciplinary technical environment. Analytical mind and diagnostic sense.
