Industrial Maintenance Agent

Main missions: Diagnose and perform preventive and curative maintenance operations on rolling stock. Apply procedures related to maintenance work in compliance with safety rules. Guarantee the quality of interventions and contribute to customer satisfaction. Write intervention reports and ensure reporting in the GMAO. Communicate transversely with different stakeholders and departments, always keeping a "solution" orientation in mind. Contribute to continuous improvement actions in both the operational aspect of the position and its organizational aspect.

Profile & Skills BTS level or equivalent in the specialties of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, or electrical, electrotechnics, electromechanics. Have operational autonomy in your technical specializations (electrotechnics, electrical, electromechanics, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, refrigeration technician, etc.). Technical English. Ability to diagnose technical faults and intervene effectively. Mastery of reading technical plans and diagrams. Know how to use GMAO. Rigor, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility. Be proactive in investigations and be a source of proposals for solutions.
